HOW DOES “THE WELLNESS FORMULA” WORK?
The program prioritizes your well-being through taking a holistic mind-body-spirit approach with mindfulness to help you reset and thrive in the easiest way possible. We blend the best of science, psychology, and energy healing together in one.
These are concepts and tools I’ve learned through my years of practice as a physician in both internal medicine and integrative/functional medicine, as well as my experience and training as a mindfulness teacher, life coach, and an intuitive energy healer certified in various modalities (Reiki, Theta Healing, Emotion Code, Emotional Freedom Technique, and more).

SIX 90-min Group Coaching Calls
- These calls will include a mix of guided meditation, teaching, and open coaching. Calls take place every other Friday at 10am PST / 1pm EST.

I already have a therapist, trainer, and doctor... how will this help?
I’m so glad you have a wellness team in place! Because it DOES take a team to help you stay at the top of your game.
The Wellness Formula is designed to bring it all together and complement the support you already receive. Through working together, you will gain more awareness and skills to manage stressful and difficult moments in your daily life, as it comes up!
It’s easy to feel relaxed when you’re at the spa… But it’s another when you have to put out fires at work. Or when your in-laws come to visit. That’s the real test.
Don’t just work super hard and countdown the days till your vacation. Gaining the tools, skills, and resilience to manage life’s ups-and-downs is critical to your well-being.
Burnout happens when we are subjecting our body to chronic stress and constantly activating our nervous system in the “fight-or-flight” sympathetic mode without time to reset and relax. Our bodies get so used to stress that it can feel weird to relax!
This program is designed to help you better connect with and advocate for yourself so that you can stay healthy and well like you deserve.

Will you give me a specific diet and exercise plan?
As we work together to craft your Unique “Wellness Map”, we will discuss and explore certain diet and lifestyle practices that best integrate into your current season in life.
I believe that everyone is different and the things you need are different, it’s not “one-size-fits-all”. The goal is to tune into your innate body intelligence to keep you healthy and well.
Will I need to take supplements?
While we may discuss certain dietary guidelines and recommendations, there will not be specific supplements to adhere to during this program.
Don’t worry- this is not a program where I’ll be telling you to take 13 different supplements every day 😂 While supplements can be supportive, I believe in connecting to your body’s innate wisdom first and using that to guide you on your health/lifestyle practices and decisions.

How much time is this going to take?
The Wellness Formula is designed to be a three-month transformational journey to help you create a foundational structure to reset and thrive. More is not better. It’s not about the time but rather how committed you are.
I believe in your success 100% and will share proven processes and tools to help you gain the energy and vitality you deserve. That being said, I can’t do the work for you. So come prepared, complete the exercises, and be open to new ways to prioritize your health and well-being.
Is there homework?
You don’t ever have to do anything. Nothing is mandatory. Coaching is meant to be a fun experience!
But the clients who have undergone the biggest transformations are those who are the most open-minded, committed, and willing to practice these tools and techniques on a daily basis (~15 min/day). Please know that I am always available as a resource to guide you accordingly because I WANT you to win.
My philosophy is to keep things simple because simple works. I know how busy you are and I only share the most effective practices that work. The key with behavior change is to build small micro-habits that accumulate over time to help you achieve BIG results.
How much support will I receive?

You will receive support in the group and 1:1 coaching sessions but also in the virtual community and optional “Office Hours”.
There is an onboarding questionnaire to specify your preferences regarding the amount of support/accountability that you prefer so that you can get the most out of this experience.
What is “energy healing/work”?
Energy healing/work is an alternative healing practice based on the scientific fact that everything in the universe is comprised of “energy” (which exists in different forms such as electric, thermal, electromagnetic, etc), which fundamentally is about molecules that are vibrating at different rates (“frequencies”).
Our bodies are made up of trillions of molecules, all of which are moving at different frequencies and constantly changing. Chronic stress, poor diet and lifestyle choices can lead to misalignment and low-vibrating energy states in our bodies that can materialize into physical ailments, sickness, and disease.
Energy healing modalities utilize a gentle “healing energy” (universal life force) to help you balance, heal, and remove blockages from the body and can help with improving physical and emotional issues to enhance your overall well-being.
Of note, while I am a trained energy medicine practitioner, The Wellness Formula accelerator program is not primarily focused on energy healing though may be included in some discussions.
Do I have to be spiritual or religious to do energy healing?
No. Energy healing is readily available and accessible to everyone who is interested and willing to receive it.
Many energy medicine practices transcend space and time so you don’t need to be in the same room, city, or country to receive and benefit from energy healing treatment.
I am a spiritual person and believe there is something “more” than the human experience. There will not be any specific religious references or teachings. The program welcomes all beliefs and faiths.
Of note, while I am a trained energy medicine practitioner, The Wellness Formula accelerator program is not primarily focused on energy healing though may be included in some discussions.
What if I can’t make a session?
While it is recommended to make each session live, the sessions will be recorded and you’ll have access to the private recordings for the duration of the program.
I’ve tried to meditate and it doesn’t work for me!
You may think that it’s impossible to quiet your mind. I know many people have a hard time when they try to sit still (including myself before) and quickly get uncomfortable as many thoughts come through.
However, practicing mindfulness is not just about meditation- watch my quick video here. In The Wellness Formula, you will learn the keys to mindful living without having to go on a 10-day silent meditation retreat.
What about privacy and confidentiality?
Every session is a safe, inclusive, and protected space. Coaching is a confidential process and what we discuss will not be shared with others. Your personal information is always protected.
In group coaching sessions, confidentiality is expected and we set an intention to create and hold a safe space so that our amazing community can support each other on this journey.
